$Today is Derek Blasberg’s birthday, so I decided to take a little trip down memory lane. If you don’t know who Derek Blasberg is, he’s a fashion editor and best-selling author, and he’s my personal hero. I would kill to follow in his footsteps; even to have a fraction of the success he’s had would make me happy. I don’t remember what I had tweeted to him when he responded (it was at least two years ago), but I know it was something about how I wanted to be him.
